What is this platform exactly?
It's a creator-friendly SaaS tool that helps you build and sell custom travel guides. You upload your content, organize it by city or theme, and share it as a web app or PDF.
How do I make money?
You set the price for your guides (we recommend $19-39) and connect Stripe for payments. On a paid plan you keep 100% of your web sales; on the free plan you keep 80% (Tourli takes 20% per web sale). (iOS App Store sales work differently — see below.)
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you can continue on Starter ($39/month) or Pro ($69/month) — both take 0% Tourli fee on your web sales — or move to the free plan, which needs no card and takes 20% per web sale (you keep 80%). Cancel or switch anytime.
What if I'm not happy?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of your subscription purchase. After 24 hours, all payments are non-refundable. Contact conrad@conradru.com to request a refund.
What about iOS App Store sales?
Sales made through the iOS app go through Apple's App Store, which takes their standard fee first. On what remains, Tourli takes 25% on the free plan or 10% on a paid plan (Starter/Pro). This applies only to iOS-app sales — web sales via Stripe are 0% Tourli fee on paid plans (20% on the free plan).
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. It's designed for creators. No code, no design skills, and no complicated setup required. If you can post on Instagram, you can use Tourli.
Can I use content I've already created?
Yes! Reuse your videos, tips, blogs, and past posts, and turn them into products your audience can buy or download. Most creators publish their first guide in under an hour.
Will I get emails from my customers?
Yes! People must enter their email to access your guides, helping you build your list with real, engaged followers. You own your audience data.
What payment processors do you support?
We integrate with Stripe, the world's most trusted payment platform. You can accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay from customers in 135+ countries.
Can I offer free guides?
Absolutely! Free guides are a great way to grow your email list. Gate them behind an email capture, or make them fully public. Your choice.
Do I need a certain follower count?
Not at all. Some of our most successful creators have under 10K followers. What matters is having valuable knowledge to share, not the size of your audience.
